Stone Project Execution / Verona, Italy
European execution layer for complex residential stone projects.
From material origin to container departure, we coordinate production, quality control and delivery logic as one structured system.
This is not material brokerage. This is controlled execution.
The real failure point
Complex residential projects fail on coordination, not on stone.
Fragmented sourcing turns a finite material into an open-ended risk. The damage shows up late, on site, where it is most expensive to fix.
- 01Dimensional errors
- 02Finish inconsistencies
- 03Missing pieces
- 04Crate confusion on site
- 05Installation delays
- 06Costly claims
Execution Partnership
Control is centralized before shipment.
We operate as the supply-side execution partner for U.S. project teams. Five stages, one structured system.
-
01
Scope & Technical Review
We review architectural drawings, cut tickets and tolerances before fabrication begins, to eliminate ambiguity early.

-
02
Material & Production Strategy
We define the optimal production route across Europe and the Mediterranean, based on material characteristics and fabrication logic.

-
03
Fabrication Oversight & QC
We monitor production and document quality control before material leaves the workshop.

-
04
Crate Engineering & Delivery Logic
Material is packed for installation, not just transport.

-
05
Export Coordination & U.S. Alignment
We coordinate final documentation and container scheduling to ensure controlled delivery to U.S. job sites.

Who we are
A lean European arm with a senior network behind it.
I am Michele Alimonta, based in Verona, minutes from the core stone production district. I act as the dedicated European manufacturing and project-control arm for a select group of U.S. stone contractors, project managers and installers.
Behind me is a network built over decades. My father, Gianluca Alimonta, has 40+ years in the stone industry and long-standing relationships with quarries, block holders and workshops across Italy and the Mediterranean.
You get enterprise-level access with the speed and accountability of a lean team. To keep response times fast, I take on only two additional active partners.

FAQ
How we work, in short.
How do you approach a new request?
We start with a structured scope review: drawings, unit system, thicknesses, edge details, tolerances, quantities and delivery target. If anything is unclear we issue a short clarification list before pricing, so the quote stays executable through production, packing and export.
Do you replace our installers?
No. We do not replace installers and we do not compete locally. We operate upstream in Europe, so that when material reaches the job site it is organized, verified and ready to install.
Is this material brokerage?
No. This is controlled execution. We coordinate sourcing, production, quality control and export logistics as one structured system, with documented oversight before shipment.
Where do you source and produce?
Across Italy, Europe and the Mediterranean, chosen by the material and the fabrication logic of each project.
How many clients do you take on?
We stay selective. To keep response times fast and attention consistent, we take on only two additional active partners at a time.
