Stone Project Execution · Fabrication & Quality Control

European Execution Layer
for Complex Residential
Stone Projects

From material origin to container departure, we coordinate production, quality control and delivery logic as one structured system.

This is not material brokerage.
This is controlled execution.

The real failure point

Complex residential projects fail on coordination, not on stone.

Fragmented sourcing turns a finite material into an open-ended risk. The damage shows up late, on site, where it is most expensive to fix.

  • Dimensional errors
  • Finish inconsistencies
  • Missing pieces
  • Crate confusion on site
  • Installation delays
  • Costly claims

Our core service · Execution Partnership

You run the client. We run the stone, and take the headaches with it.

This is what we do, day to day. You keep the project and the client relationship. We become your European technical and production arm and absorb the friction of a complex stone scope: drawings, 3D modeling, production, quality control, crating and export. One partner, one structured system, documented before anything ships.

  • AutoCADDrawing review and dimensional validation
  • Bluebeam RevuTake-offs and markups on your real documents
  • SketchUp & Rhino3D models of the work before it is cut, to surface fabrication problems early
  • EasyCargoCrate mapping and container load planning

We execute the full range, and we specialise in two where few European partners can match us: ventilated stone facades and custom hardscape.

Scope & Technical Review

We review architectural drawings, cut tickets and tolerances before fabrication begins to eliminate ambiguity early.

  • CAD review and dimensional validation
  • Tolerance alignment
  • Feasibility verification
  • Early risk identification

Material & Production Strategy

We define the optimal production route across Europe and the Mediterranean based on material characteristics and fabrication logic.

  • Quarry and lot verification
  • Finish and tone consistency
  • Lead time planning
  • Production routing strategy

Crate Engineering & Delivery Logic

Material is packed for installation, not just transport.

  • Crate mapping and IDs
  • Weight distribution planning
  • Install-ready packing logic
  • Packing list verification

Export Coordination & U.S. Alignment

We coordinate final documentation and container scheduling to ensure controlled delivery to U.S. job sites.

  • Export documentation
  • Container scheduling
  • Final production verification
  • Pre-shipment confirmation

Typical deliverables

  • QC photo sets
  • Verified packing lists
  • Crate maps
  • Weight summaries
  • Production timeline tracking
  • Risk notes before shipment

When it applies

  • Multi-container residential estates
  • Outdoor hardscape packages
  • Complex cut-to-size programs
  • Tight installation schedules
  • International sourcing scenarios

Proof of execution

Real material. Documented from quarry to crate.

We manage container-scale sourcing for high-end U.S. projects, with verified selection, production oversight and installation-ready crating across Europe and the Mediterranean.

The Stone Library.

A structured reference of the materials we source and produce: marble, quartzite, travertine, limestone and basalt, with finishes, formats and the projects they have run on. Built so U.S. teams can shortlist material with confidence, before a single sample ships.

Support services

Modular oversight, on its own or inside the partnership.

Every service below is already included inside an Execution Partnership. You can also commission any one on its own, when you only need a single point in the chain verified.

Independent Slab Inspection

Objective material verification before purchase or cutting, on-site across Europe and the Mediterranean, so quality is confirmed before financial commitment.

  • High-resolution photo documentation
  • Video walkthrough on request
  • Written condition report
  • Selection recommendations and risk notes

Fabrication Quality Control

On-site production oversight before shipment, confirming dimensional accuracy, finish consistency and alignment with approved drawings.

  • QC photo report
  • Dimensional check summary
  • Tolerance verification notes
  • Dry-lay validation when required

Factory Audit & Production Follow-Up

Structured supplier assessment and periodic follow-up to ensure production capability stays aligned with project requirements.

  • Factory capability report
  • Production capacity evaluation
  • Risk assessment summary
  • Recommended production routing

Packing List & Crate Verification

Install-ready packing logic, not just transport packing. We verify crate logic, labeling, weight distribution and documentation before containers depart.

  • Crate map documentation
  • Verified packing list
  • Weight summary and labeling confirmation
  • Photo documentation before closure

Technical Documentation Review

Pre-production drawing and tolerance validation. We review drawings, cut lists and documentation before cutting begins to remove ambiguity.

  • Marked-up drawing feedback
  • Risk identification notes
  • Tolerance clarification list
  • Fabrication readiness confirmation

Who we are

A lean European arm with a senior network behind it.

I am Michele Alimonta, based in Verona, Italy, minutes from the core stone production district. I act as the dedicated European manufacturing and project-control arm for a select group of U.S. stone contractors, project managers and installers.

Behind me is a network built over decades. My father, Gianluca Alimonta, has 40+ years in the stone industry and long-standing relationships with quarries, block holders and workshops across Italy and the Mediterranean.

You get enterprise-level access and experience with the speed and accountability of a lean team. To keep response times fast and attention consistent, I take on only two additional active partners.

FAQ

How we work, in short.

Straight answers to the questions U.S. teams ask first.

How do you approach a new request?

We start with a structured scope review: drawings (PDF or DWG), unit system, thicknesses, edge details, tolerances, quantities and delivery target. If anything is unclear we issue a short clarification list before pricing, so the quote stays executable through production, packing and export.

Do you replace our installers?

No. We do not replace installers and we do not compete locally. We operate upstream in Europe, so that when material reaches the job site it is organized, verified and ready to install.

Is this material brokerage?

No. This is controlled execution. We coordinate sourcing, production, quality control and export logistics as one structured system, with documented oversight before shipment.

Where do you source and produce?

Across Italy, Europe and the Mediterranean, chosen by the material and the fabrication logic of each project. We define the optimal production route per job.

How many clients do you take on?

We stay selective. To keep response times fast and attention consistent, we take on only two additional active partners at a time.
