Home / Execution Partnership

Our core service

You run the client. We run the stone, end to end.

You keep the relationship and your install crew. We become your European technical and production arm and absorb the friction of a complex stone scope: drawings, 3D modeling, sourcing, fabrication oversight, quality control, crating and export. One partner, one structured system.

You approve every piece on a 3D dry-layout and tagged-slab photos before we cut. Nothing ships until it is right.

The shape of it

We are your upstream arm, not a threat to your business.

What we do

  • Source material and reserve blocks across Europe and the Mediterranean
  • Build 3D models and shop drawings before anything is cut
  • Oversee fabrication and document quality control
  • Engineer crates for installation, not just transport
  • Coordinate export and align delivery to your U.S. schedule

What we do not do

  • Install on your job site
  • Compete with you locally
  • Contact or quote your client
  • Put a factory brand on your crates
  • Ship non-conforming material

Where we are hardest to replace

We execute the full range. We win on two.

Plenty of shops can cut a Calacatta bathroom. Far fewer can take a ventilated stone facade or a custom hardscape package from drawing to certified, install-ready delivery on a U.S. site. That is where we focus.

Ventilated natural-stone rainscreen facade, concept visualization

Specialism 01

Ventilated stone facades

Marble and natural-stone rainscreen systems: engineered anchoring, ventilated cavity, panels built and tested for high-wind and coastal exposure. We take the facade from architectural intent to certified, numbered, install-ready stone.

Custom stone hardscape package

Specialism 02

Custom stone hardscape

Outdoor stone built to last: copings, treads, steps, pool surrounds and terraces. Durable material selection for wet and freeze-thaw zones, crated in install sequence so the crew keeps pace on site.

Interior cut-to-size stone selection

Also

Interiors & cut-to-size

Vein-matched baths, floors and features, to the same standard of control. We do this too, when a partner wants the whole scope in one set of hands.

How an engagement works

Five stages. One approval gate before anything is irreversible.

01

Scope & technical review

You send

Drawings, specs, unit system, target dates.

We do

Review, dimensional validation, feasibility, early risk flags.

You get

A short clarification list and a go-ahead. Typically 3 to 5 days.

02

Material & production strategy

You send

Target look, finish and budget.

We do

Source and compare 3 to 4 quarries, reserve blocks, plan the production route.

You get

Options with real pricing and lead times. Typically 1 to 2 weeks.

Approval gate

Before a single saw runs, you approve a 3D dry-layout and photos of the tagged slabs reserved for your job. The slab you sign off on is the slab that ships.

03

Fabrication oversight & QC

You send

Approved layout and any final edits.

We do

Monitor production on site, check dimensions and finish, document everything.

You get

A QC photo report and dry-lay validation. Typically 3 to 6 weeks.

04

Crate engineering & delivery logic

You send

Install sequence and site constraints.

We do

Map crates, plan weight, label and sequence pieces for installation.

You get

A crate map, weight summary and verified packing list.

05

Export & U.S. alignment

You send

Delivery window and receiving details.

We do

Prepare export documents, set Incoterms, schedule the container.

You get

Tracked, controlled delivery aligned to your job site.

What you actually receive

Paper you can forward, not promises.

Every engagement produces the same documented trail, so you and your client always know exactly what is happening to the stone.

3D dry-layout and shop drawings over a marble slab

What you receive

Drawings, 3D & layout

Marked-up shop drawings and a 3D dry-layout with the vein sequence mapped on the actual reserved slabs.

Quality control inspection of a fabricated stone panel edge

What you receive

Quality control

A per-piece QC photo report with dimensional checks and tolerance verification, before anything ships.

Numbered engineered crates sequenced for container loading

What you receive

Crating & export

A numbered crate map, weight summary, verified packing list and export documents with Incoterms set.

Risk & accountability

Who owns what, stated up front.

Material quality
We inspect and document before shipment. We do not ship non-conforming material. If a piece is wrong at origin, we remake it before it sails.
Approval
You sign off on layout and tagged slabs before cutting. No surprises after the saw runs.
Schedule
Lead times are given as ranges per stage and tracked. We flag slippage early, not on arrival.
Customs & Incoterms
We agree Incoterms and the importer-of-record split before the container is booked, so there are no surprises at the port.
Freight & insurance
We coordinate freight and recommend marine cargo cover. Crates are engineered to arrive intact.
Your contact
One named person, in English, reachable in U.S. hours. You always know who to call.
  • AutoCADDrawing review and dimensional validation
  • Bluebeam RevuTake-offs and markups on your real documents
  • SketchUp & Rhino3D models before cutting, to surface problems early
  • EasyCargoCrate mapping and container load planning

Why this works

Better than sourcing it yourself, or through a broker.

  • On the ground in Verona, minutes from the production district, with same-day access to quarries and workshops.
  • A network built over 40+ years, so we know which quarry holds the right block.
  • You get 3 to 4 competing supplier quotes, not a single hidden markup.
  • Integrated quality control, documented before shipment, not trusted blindly.
  • Install-ready crating sequenced to your site, not loose material in a box.
  • Deliberately selective: we take on only two more active partners at a time.
