Outdoor hardscape · Orlando, Florida
Copings, steps and custom details, shipped install-ready.

The problem
The initial brief referenced a Bardiglio-style grey marble. For exterior wet zones we proposed a more uniform, crystalline grey stone with better durability and a lower cost profile, proven in public works.
The approach
We optimized the material for exterior performance, structured pricing around the real production route, and engineered the crates for installation rather than transport. Drawings were reviewed and converted between imperial and metric before anything was cut.
- Material optimization for exterior performance
- Pricing logic tied to the production route
- Packing lists, crate logic and weight planning
- CAD review and imperial to metric conversion
Deliver install-ready crates, not loose material, so the crew keeps pace on site with fewer surprises.

The outcome
Phased shipments stayed aligned with site sequencing. The material optimization delivered a cleaner, more consistent grey aesthetic while reducing exterior risk compared to Bardiglio-style marbles. Crate labeling and weight planning reduced last-minute rebooking and on-site friction, protecting schedule and finish consistency at install.
